Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and ambitious Graduate Trainees to anchor the commercial engine of CHI Limited. In the specialized landscape of the FMCG sector where market share is won through consistency and grit success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize brand objectives with the clinical precision required for Retail Auditing, Relationship Management, and Results-Oriented Sales Execution. This role is designed for "Growth Architects" with 0–2 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (engaging with distributors and retailers) with the "Analytical Agility" required to track market trends and consumer behavior.
Requirements:
1. Market Orchestration & Brand Governance
Territory Sovereignty: Manage assigned sales routes and retail outlets with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Availability."
Visual Architecture: Ensure optimal product placement and merchandising in line with brand guidelines, providing the "Structural Foundation" for consumer attraction.
Integrity Stewardship: Conduct regular stock checks and retail audits, ensuring the "Source of Market Data" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic
Client Sovereignty: Build and maintain high-value relationships with distributors and key accounts, acting as the primary "Source of Partner Loyalty."
Negotiation Architecture: Implement sales promotions and trade incentives, providing the "Functional Foundation" for volume growth.
Feedback Stewardship: Collect and report real-time field insights and competitor activity, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Intelligence."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Target Sovereignty: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales volume and value targets, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Throughput."
Communication Architecture: Present product value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders, providing the "Relational Foundation" for market expansion.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
