Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and results-driven Channel Specialist to anchor the distribution engine of our operations across Nigeria. In a specialized commercial landscape where market dominance is dictated by the speed of the supply chain and the precision of the retail presence success is defined by "Distribution Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize partner relationships with the clinical precision required for Partner Onboarding, Market Intelligence, and Brand Visibility. This role is designed for a "Network Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (negotiating with dealers and retail partners) with the "Strategic Agility" required to provide product training and execute state-wide marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Network Governance

  • Relationship Sovereignty: Develop and manage high-fidelity connections with distributors and dealers, acting as the primary "Source of Partner Trust."

  • Expansion Architecture: Identify and onboard new channel partners to maximize market reach, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable regional growth.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure proper product branding and visibility in partner outlets, ensuring the "Source of Brand Representation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic

  • Intelligence Sovereignty: Conduct regular market visits to gather data on competitor activities and trends, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Awareness."

  • Support Architecture: Provide intensive training and support on products and pricing, providing the "Functional Foundation" for partner sales success.

  • Resolution Stewardship: Troubleshoot and resolve channel-related conflicts or supply issues, maintaining the "Source of Partner Satisfaction."

3. Operational Integrity & Sales Power

  • Campaign Sovereignty: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions across assigned states, acting as the primary "Source of Sales Momentum."

  • Performance Architecture: Track and report on regional sales KPIs and market coverage, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven management.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–5 years of distribution expertise to resolve stock-out risks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Product Throughput" across Nigeria.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 – 5 years in channel sales, distribution, or business development.

  • Domain Power: Deep understanding of the Nigerian distribution landscape and market dynamics.

  • Attributes: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and elite negotiation skills.
