Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Cashier to anchor the revenue engine of our premium QSR operations in Lekki, Surulere, and Ikoyi. In a specialized retail landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the checkout and the precision of the till balance success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume payments with the clinical precision required for POS Management, Daily Sales Reconciliation, and Resource Stewardship. This role is designed for a "Transactional Architect" with an OND/HND who can blend "Numerical Grit" (handling cash, transfers, and POS hardware) with the "Service Agility" required to provide a friendly customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Revenue Governance

• Payment Sovereignty: Process customer payments (Cash, POS, Transfers) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Collection."

• Record Architecture: Issue receipts and maintain accurate, chronological transaction records, providing the "Structural Foundation" for transparent financial reporting.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with all QSR cash-handling procedures, ensuring the "Source of Fiscal Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Reconciliation Logic

• Balance Sovereignty: Reconcile daily sales and balance the till at closing with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Final Accountability."

• Service Architecture: Provide prompt and friendly customer interactions during high-pressure peaks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for brand loyalty and repeat patronage.

• Station Stewardship: Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, maintaining the "Source of Professional Workplace Standards."

3. Operational Integrity & Speed Power

• Throughput Sovereignty: Execute rapid checkout cycles to minimize wait times, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Flow."

• Collaboration Architecture: Support other operational duties and team requirements as needed, providing the "Relational Foundation" for total restaurant success.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Numerical Skills and POS expertise to resolve payment discrepancies in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of OND or HND qualification.

• Experience: Previous experience in Cashiering or POS-handling (QSR or Retail experience is an advantage).

• Skills: Excellent numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Residency: Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Osapa, Orchid, Admiralty Way, Surulere, Ikoyi, or Ikota.
