Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Cake & Pastries Baker to anchor the production engine of our bakery in Agbede, Ikorodu. In a specialized confectionery landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the bake and the precision of the finishing success is defined by "Confectionery Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize traditional baking techniques with the clinical precision required for Pastry Design, Dough Management, and Consistent Quality Control. This role is designed for a "Culinary Architect", specifically a professional with 2 years of experience who can blend "Manual Grit" (managing high-volume baking cycles) with the "Creative Agility" required to execute decorative cakes and diverse pastry menus.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Production Governance
Sovereignty of the Bake: Execute a diverse range of cakes and pastries with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Excellence."
Recipe Architecture: Maintain high-fidelity adherence to ingredient measurements and mixing protocols, providing the "Structural Foundation" for consistent taste and texture.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the "Source of Brand Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Creative Logic
Pastry Sovereignty: Manage dough preparation and pastry shaping with high fidelity, acting as the primary "Source of Artisanal Quality."
Finishing Architecture: Apply creative decorating and icing techniques, providing the "Functional Foundation" for visually appealing retail displays.
Equipment Stewardship: Monitor oven temperatures and maintain baking equipment, maintaining the "Source of Operational Reliability."
3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power
Inventory Sovereignty: Monitor ingredient stock levels and flag replenishment needs, acting as the primary "Source of Uninterrupted Production."
Output Architecture: Manage daily production targets to meet customer demand, providing the "Relational Foundation" for retail availability.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in professional baking and confectionery.
Technical Power: Strong understanding of Cake Decorating, Dough Fermentation, and Pastry Scaling.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Agbede, Ikorodu, Lagos.
Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦70,000 / month.
