Job Description:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities, develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets, and conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolve customer concerns with effective solutions, manage key accounts, and ensure consistent follow-ups to drive satisfaction and retention

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Create and implement business plans to strengthen market presence, collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, and analyze business performance to refine sales strategies

  • Team Coordination & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations to achieve business goals, while providing mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members

Requirements:
