Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Business Development & Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the Nigerian market. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional who enjoys the balance of corporate strategy and "boots-on-the-ground" field work. You will be instrumental in building partnerships with both local and Chinese enterprises, driving revenue through direct engagement, and establishing our brand as a market leader.

Requirements:

  • Partnership Development: Proactively identify, engage, and manage relationships with high-value corporate clients, including both local and international (Chinese) enterprises.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage every stage of the sales pipeline, from initial contact and negotiation to final contract signing.

  • Field Execution: Execute offline marketing activities, including field visits, on-ground outreach, and promotional distribution to build brand awareness.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through self-driven lead generation.

  • Market Intelligence: Serve as our eyes and ears on the ground, reporting competitor activities, market shifts, and valuable client feedback to the leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven success in Business Development or Sales, with a strong preference for B2B experience.

  • Attitude: You must be "down-to-earth" and proactive. This role requires someone who is comfortable in a boardroom and on the field.

Salary

₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
