Job Description:
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and establish key partnerships to expand the company's market presence in the digital real estate sector.
- This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic alliances, and creating revenue-generating partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the real estate technology sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including real estate agencies, property developers, financial institutions, and technology partners
- Negotiate partnership agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances that align with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful implementation
- Prepare and present business proposals, partnership presentations, and market analysis reports
- Manage partner onboarding processes and maintain ongoing relationship management
- Monitor partnership performance and implement optimization strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within real estate or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and revenue generation
- Strategic thinking abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and partnership management tools
