Requirements:

• Strategic Outreach: Conduct field-based activities, including visits to schools, corporate organizations, and industry events to generate leads and cultivate new business.

• Client Acquisition & Conversion: Identify new market segments, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, value-based relationships with clients and strategic partners to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine our strategic positioning and product offerings.

• Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal teams to ensure that the solutions sold are delivered effectively, meeting all client expectations.

• Performance Reporting: Track and report on key KPIs, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth, while contributing to long-term organizational strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales management.

• Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Exceptional public speaking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Strategic Insight: Proven ability in market research, business analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Industry Edge: Knowledge of blockchain technology and/or international education/migration processes is considered a strong advantage.
