Job Description:
AmsBridgeBlue Nigeria is seeking a versatile and results-driven Business Development Manager / Digital Marketer to spearhead our growth initiatives. This hybrid role is designed for a strategic professional who can bridge the gap between high-level client acquisition and hands-on digital execution. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities while simultaneously managing the digital campaigns that fuel our lead generation engine.
The ideal candidate possesses a "hunter" mindset for sales and a technical "creator" mindset for digital marketing, ensuring that our brand visibility translates directly into revenue growth.

Business Development & Sales
Opportunity Identification: Actively scout, identify, and convert new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with long-term brand objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.

Campaign Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email platforms.
Content & Ads: Create compelling content and manage paid advertising budgets to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
Performance Optimization: Monitor live campaign performance, using data analytics to optimize tactics and improve conversion rates.
Market Insight: Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activities to ensure AmsBridgeBlue remains a market leader.
