Job Description:

  • We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into sustainable revenue.
  • This role requires a commercially driven professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and professional presentations for prospects
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategies
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure deal execution
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Proven track record in opportunity development and deal closure
  • Startup or fast-growing company experience is an advantage.
