Job Description:
- We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into sustainable revenue.
- This role requires a commercially driven professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, bids, and professional presentations for prospects
- Research market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategies
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure deal execution
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales
- Proven track record in opportunity development and deal closure
- Startup or fast-growing company experience is an advantage.

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable with evolving processes and limited structure.
