Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategically elite Business Development Manager to anchor our growth engine in Mabuchi. In the sophisticated real estate landscape of Abuja, success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive lead generation with the clinical precision required for closing high-value property deals. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and proven sales experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (securing new listings and buyers) with the "Network Agility" required to leverage a deep pool of contacts in the property sector.

Requirements:

1. Lead Orchestration & Market Governance

  • Generation Sovereignty: Identify and capture high-potential leads within the real estate and infrastructure sectors, acting as the primary "Source of New Business."

  • Expansion Architecture: Develop and implement high-fidelity business development plans to increase market share in the FCT, ensuring the brand acts as a "Source of Market Dominance."

  • Intelligence Stewardship: Monitor real estate trends and pricing strategies in Mabuchi and surrounding areas, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for competitive deal-making.

2. Relationship Resilience & Network Logic

  • Network Sovereignty: Leverage an existing, high-fidelity network of property investors, developers, and retailers, ensuring the organization remains a "Source of Strategic Partnerships."

  • Liaison Architecture: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Influence" in the Abuja property circuit.

  • Diplomatic Stewardship: Manage client expectations and inquiries with millimetric focus, ensuring "Zero-Friction" from initial contact to contract signing.

3. Revenue Integrity & Closing Power

  • Closing Sovereignty: Drive the sales process to a successful conclusion, acting as the "Source of Revenue Realization" for the firm.
