Job Description:
- Drive corporate bookings and long-stay contracts for our Apartments and Beach House.
- Design and execute a corporate acquisition strategy targethe ting top 200 companies (finance, oil & gas, consulting, tech, and embassies).
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching, proposal, and negotiation to contract execution.
- Develop corporate packages (daily, weekly, and monthly rates) tailored for executive housing and retreats.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients and travel administrators.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to key partners.
- Collaborate with travel management companies (TMCs), HR/Admin departments, and relocation agencies.
- Partner with business hubs, co-working spaces, and executive training providers to integrate our spaces into their corporate wellness or accommodation plans.
- Uphold our brand ethos in every client touchpoint, professional, refined, and human.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to co-develop B2B campaign materials, brochures, and proposals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B or hospitality corporate sales (minimum 3 years).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with executive-level decision makers.
- Excellent communication and proposal-writing abilities.
- Highly motivated, organized, and adaptable to our premium-lifestyle ethos.
