Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to help take our company to the next level. If you are a natural "hunter" for new opportunities, a skilled communicator, and someone who thrives on building long-term professional relationships, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth. Your main goal is to find new clients, showcase our expertise, and bring in new projects. We are looking for someone who can translate our business goals into real results.
Requirements:
Growth & Strategy
Drive Growth: You will develop and execute clear strategies to expand our client base. It’s not just about finding any lead; it’s about finding the right leads that fit our business.
Identify Opportunities: You will be proactive in finding new business. Whether through networking, seeking referrals, or lead generation, you will keep our project pipeline full.
Stay Ahead: You will keep an eye on market trends. By conducting research and staying updated on industry changes, you will ensure we are always ahead of the competition.
Building Relationships
Create Connections: You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
Collaborate: You will work closely with our design and construction teams. Your role is to bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our ability to deliver exceptional work.
Sales & Presentations
The Pitch: You will be responsible for preparing and delivering professional pitches, proposals, and presentations. You need to be able to tell our story in a way that inspires confidence and wins projects.
Hit Targets: You will be measured by your success in meeting or exceeding our sales and revenue growth objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar field. You have a proven track record of bringing in new revenue and growing a client base.
Education: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills: You are a gifted negotiator and communicator. You know how to listen to a client’s needs and respond with a solution that builds value.
Networking: You are great at connecting with people. You feel comfortable in a boardroom or at an industry event.
Industry Insight: While not mandatory, experience or familiarity with the interior design and construction industry is a big plus.
Mindset: You are comfortable working independently but also know how to be a great team player.
