Job Description:

We are seeking a structurally elite and strategically agile Business Development Manager to anchor the commercial engine and growth trajectory of our construction and design organization. In a high-stakes industry where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the project-relay and the precision of the contractual-filter success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-value prospect acquisition with the clinical precision required for Project Pipeline Fidelity, Stakeholder Integration, and Competitive Market Intelligence. This role is designed as an "Architectural Growth Launchpad" a critical mission for an expert strategist who can blend "Commercial Grit" (mastering the complexities of construction/real-estate deals) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Revenue Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Market Sovereignty

  • Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and institutional projects, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Throughput."

  • Intelligence Architecture: Conduct rigorous market research to identify trends and competitor movements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for strategic pivot decisions.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Represent the company at high-level industry forums, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Presence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Stakeholder Logic

  • Stakeholder Sovereignty: Build and sustain professional connections with developers, consultants, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Referral Momentum."

  • Proposal Architecture: Prepare and present compelling, high-fidelity bids and presentations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for project conversion.

  • Collaboration Stewardship: Integrate seamlessly with design and project teams to ensure alignment on scope and client expectations, maintaining the "Source of Project Delivery Truth."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Contractual Sovereignty: Negotiate contracts and close deals within strict company policies, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Security."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize CRM Toolkits to track leads and opportunities, providing the "Relational Foundation" for accurate revenue forecasting.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Strategic Market-Analysis expertise to accelerate the "Lead-to-Project" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the construction, real estate, or design industry.

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsets; deep understanding of the project lifecycle.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; "Elite Commercial Awareness" and the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite/Developer level.

  • Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, and capable of maintaining a high-level strategic perspective in a competitive industry.
