Job Description:
- We are seeking a result-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the technology sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- This role requires a proactive individual with strong commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical teams) to deliver client solutions
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Experience in a technology company or tech-driven environment is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
