We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for clients
Proposal Management:
- Develop and manage proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop proposal content
- Ensure proposals are high-quality, compliant, and submitted on time
Corporate Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams
- Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in proposal management and business development.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to develop and manage proposals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
