Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our market expansion and strengthen our position within the Energy and Power sector. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value growth opportunities, forging impactful partnerships, and closing deals that drive our bottom line. Requirements:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and capture new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and qualify leads, working closely with marketing and sales teams to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers.
Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle—from preparing compelling business proposals and presentations to negotiating terms and closing deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights that inform our service offerings and market positioning.
Operational Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions within our CRM systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related field.
Experience: 5+ years of proven success in business development or senior sales roles.
Industry Expertise: A strong background in the Energy and Power Industry is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM software.
Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. You must be an analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and meet aggressive financial goals.
