We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth in our Travel and Tour Agency, by identifying new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Generate new leads through market research, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
• Track opportunities from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company targets and margins.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with operational capabilities.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Strengthen the company’s visibility within the design, construction, and real estate ecosystem.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development, sales, Marketing, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets,in client-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
