Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth and expand our business opportunities.
• You will identify new clients and partnerships, manage relationships, negotiate agreements, and create strategies to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research to analyze potential clients, industries, and growth areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on business objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, project management, or fund management.
• Experience in the manufacturing, consultancy, or relevant sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, innovations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
