Job Description:

We are looking for a highly resilient, empathetic, and self-directed Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sustainable growth. This role is designed for a natural hunter who thrives on autonomy someone who can identify, attract, and retain clients without constant supervision. You will be the face of our brand, balancing the ability to close new business with the sensitivity required to nurture existing client relationships and upsell relevant features. Requirements:

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Innovate and oversee the end-to-end sales process. Proactively identify and research new market opportunities and leads through targeted online outreach and networking.

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Establish rapport with potential clients via phone and email, set up meetings, and deliver compelling pitches. Focus on retaining clients by encouraging the purchase of added products or services that meet their evolving needs.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations effectively—whether by phone or in person—to secure favorable terms. Prepare and deliver professional quotes, proposals, and presentations.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry changes and competitor activity. Research the specific needs of organizations and individuals to identify gaps where our products can provide value.

  • Collaboration & Risk Management: Work closely with senior team members to identify potential business risks that could hinder growth. Foster a collaborative environment across the business to ensure sales efforts are supported by internal alignment.

  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and expand our professional network.

  • Target Achievement: Set and own your sales goals. Demonstrate the tenacity to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of extensive sales experience with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.

Salary

₦200,000 - ₦250,000/month
