Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Investment Banker to anchor the financial growth engine of our real estate operations. In a specialized sector  where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the transaction and the precision of the valuation success is defined by "Investment Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize real estate opportunities with the clinical precision required for Financial Modeling, Transaction Structuring, and Risk Analysis. This role is designed for a "Capital Architect", specifically a professional with 5–7 years of experience in Finance or Commercial Banking who can blend "Analytical Grit" (conducting valuations and structuring complex deals) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage client portfolios and provide tailored advisory services.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Transaction Governance

• Structuring Sovereignty: Structure and execute financial transactions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Deployment."

• Valuation Architecture: Conduct deep-dive financial modeling and risk analysis, providing the "Structural Foundation" for viable investment opportunities.

• Integrity Stewardship: Prepare high-fidelity investment proposals and reports, ensuring the "Source of Financial Intelligence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Portfolio Logic

• Evaluation Sovereignty: Identify and evaluate high-potential real estate investment opportunities, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Selection."

• Relationship Architecture: Manage client relationships and provide bespoke financial advice, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term portfolio growth.

• Insight Stewardship: Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights, maintaining the "Source of Competitive Advantage."

3. Operational Integrity & Financial Power

• Capital Sovereignty: Utilize 5–7 years of banking experience to navigate complex financial environments, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Knowledge."

• Proposal Architecture: Design and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, providing the "Relational Foundation" for executive-level buy-in.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize CFA or ACA expertise to accelerate the "Evaluation-to-Execution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Financial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 5 – 7 years within Finance companies or Commercial Banks.

• Technical Power: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Bloomberg, or similar).

• Certification: Professional certifications such as CFA or ACA are an added advantage.
