Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our commercial growth in Abuja and Enugu. In a competitive marketplace, success is defined by "Portfolio Velocity", the ability to identify untapped market segments, build high-trust client relationships, and convert opportunities into sustained revenue. This role is designed for a "Market Catalyst", a professional with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Sales Grit" with the strategic negotiation skills required to close complex business deals.

Your mission is to ensure "Consistent Revenue Growth and Brand Market Penetration." You will be the primary engine of our business expansion: responsible for lead orchestration, competitive market research, and high-impact client presentations. If you possess "Negotiation Mastery," a self-motivated drive to exceed targets, and a background (or interest) in Real Estate, we want you to drive our commercial excellence.

Requirements:

1. Lead Orchestration & Market Intelligence

  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and develop new business channels through strategic prospecting and cold outreach.

  • Lead Conversion: Manage the full sales funnel, from initial lead generation to the successful conversion of prospects into high-value paying clients.

  • Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging customer needs and industry trends, ensuring our product positioning remains competitive.

2. Client Diplomacy & Relationship Management

  • Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain a robust network of new and existing clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.

  • Strategic Presentations: Present and promote company services with professional poise, tailoring pitches to solve specific client pain points.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-level negotiations to secure favorable terms and close business deals in alignment with company revenue goals.

3. Performance Analytics & Revenue Assurance

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined activity management.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to inform leadership strategy.

  • Collaborative Growth: Work within a supportive team environment to share market insights and contribute to the overall expansion of the company’s footprint.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

  • Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a significant added advantage.
