Job Description:
- OneVerify is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth by identifying business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving customer acquisition across various industries.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, understand client relationship management, and have the ability to promote technology-driven verification and compliance solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnershipsand clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market researchand outbound engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present the company’s products and services to clients in a compelling and professional manner.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates and performance reports.
- Represent the company at business meetings, conferencesand networking events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Revenue generated from business deals.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Client retention and satisfaction.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client management, or partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Experience in tech, fintech, HR-tech, verification, or compliance services is an added advantage.
