Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive to spearhead the expansion of our Power Solutions division. This is a critical role for a results-driven professional who can navigate the complex energy landscape from renewable solar/hybrid systems to captive power and mini-grid infrastructure. You will be the bridge between our engineering expertise and the high-stakes needs of commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. If you have a proven track record in technical sales, an unyielding drive for market penetration, and the strategic foresight to capitalize on opportunities within the Power and Oil & Gas sectors, we want you to drive our growth engine.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Market Penetration: Identify and secure new business opportunities for captive power, solar-hybrid systems, mini-grids, and energy infrastructure projects.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with government agencies, institutional clients, and industrial leaders. Act as a trusted advisor capable of mapping energy solutions to client pain points.

  • Full-Cycle Sales Support: Qualify leads, conduct site-level meetings, and lead the preparation of sophisticated technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our engineering and project teams to design client-focused, commercially viable energy architectures.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into competitor activity and emerging energy trends to ensure our portfolio stays ahead of the market.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations, ensuring optimal value for both the company and the client.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an aggressive, active opportunity pipeline and provide regular, data-driven progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of business development or technical sales experience specifically within the power, energy, engineering, or oil & gas sectors.

  • Technical Fluency: A solid understanding of power generation, solar-hybrid technologies, mini-grids, and energy efficiency frameworks.
