We are seeking high-octane, field-ready Territory Expansion Governors to anchor the growth engine and revenue-generation framework of our logistics operations. In the high-velocity world of last-mile delivery where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of client-onboarding and the precision of the dispatch-flow success is defined by "Territory Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize aggressive client-acquisition with the clinical precision required for Dispatch-Squad Partnership, Account-Retention Architecture, and Target-Achievement Governance. This role is designed as a "Field-Execution Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious commercial professional who can blend "Sales Grit" (mastering the complexities of merchant acquisition) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Daily Delivery Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Territory Sovereignty & Client Acquisition
Sovereignty of the Hub: Drive aggressive client acquisition (Restaurants, Pharmacies, Shops, Vendors), acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Growth Throughput."
Field Architecture: Execute daily field visits with high-velocity precision, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable lead generation and market-capture.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of client acquisition and pipeline progress, ensuring the "Source of Growth-Data" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Dispatch Partnership & Operational Velocity
Collaboration Sovereignty: Work in tandem with assigned dispatch riders to ensure daily delivery flow and service reliability, acting as the primary "Source of Field-Operational Momentum."
Logistics Architecture: Serve as the bridge between client needs and dispatch performance, providing the "Functional Foundation" for seamless logistics execution.
Problem-Solving Stewardship: Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks in real-time, maintaining the "Source of Client-Retention Stability."
3. Fiscal Logic & Target Performance
Revenue Sovereignty: Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily/monthly targets, acting as the primary "Source of Portfolio-Growth Momentum."
Performance Architecture: Utilize Performance-Bonus Incentives to maximize daily output, providing the "Relational Foundation" for high-earning potential.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Sales-Excellence expertise to accelerate the "Onboarding-to-Consistent-Delivery" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Revenue-Velocity."
