Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Business Development Executive (BDE) to anchor the growth engine of our real estate operations in Abuja and Enugu. In the specialized landscape of the Nigerian property market, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive lead generation with the clinical precision required for Property Presentations, Site Inspections, and Sales Closing. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with 2–4 years of proven experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (cold calling, networking, and referral management) with the "Strategic Agility" required to conduct competitor analysis and hit aggressive KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Opportunity Orchestration & Lead Governance
Inquiry Sovereignty: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Abuja/Enugu markets with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Generation Architecture: Drive leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a robust sales pipeline.
Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain high-fidelity bonds with investors and partners, ensuring the "Source of Client Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Transaction Logic
Presentation Sovereignty: Conduct elite property presentations and site visits, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Persuasion."
Closing Architecture: Negotiate deals and finalize transactions with professional excellence, providing the "Functional Foundation" for revenue realization.
Tracking Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of all clients and sales activities in the CRM, maintaining the "Source of Data Integrity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Target Sovereignty: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, acting as the primary "Source of Company Growth."
Intelligence Architecture: Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for strategic pivoting.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of sector expertise to convert prospects into closed sales in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Transactional Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND / ND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related fields.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven experience in business development or sales (Real Estate industry experience is a major advantage).
Tech Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Certifications: Additional certification in Sales or Real Estate Management is a distinct advantage.
