Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Work Schedule: 4 days onsite, Wednesdays – Work from Home
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Generate and convert leads into paying clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5years experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the banking industry or microfinance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
