Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically literate Business Development Executive to anchor the growth engine of our geospatial operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where organizational momentum is dictated by the speed of digital mapping adoption and the precision of drone-derived data success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize technical services like GIS, Remote Sensing, and Web Mapping with the clinical precision required for Lead Conversion, Proposal Engineering, and Contract Negotiation. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying new opportunities in Oil & Gas, Agriculture, and Telecom) with the "Strategic Agility" required to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Opportunity Governance
Revenue Sovereignty: Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries (Oil & Gas, Govt, etc.) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Growth."
Lead Architecture: Generate and convert high-quality leads into profitable business deals, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a sustainable sales pipeline.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions, ensuring the "Source of CRM Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Spatial Service Logic
Promotion Sovereignty: Evangelize company services including GIS, Drone Operations, and Application Development, acting as the primary "Source of Geospatial Awareness."
Proposal Architecture: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, providing the "Functional Foundation" for solving client-specific spatial challenges.
Collaboration Stewardship: Work closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are translated into executable project specs, maintaining the "Source of Client Satisfaction."
3. Operational Integrity & Networking Power
Market Sovereignty: Conduct rigorous market research to identify trends and customer needs, acting as the primary "Source of Competitive Intelligence."
Closing Architecture: Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to achieve strict sales targets, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term partnerships.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Knowledge of GIS and Remote Sensing to resolve client hesitations in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Geography, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (Knowledge of GIS or Drone Tech is a major advantage).
Domain Power: Ability to understand highly technical geospatial services and present them clearly to non-technical clients.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
