Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be a primary driver of company growth, responsible for identifying untapped market opportunities and turning high-potential leads into long-term clients. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting and cold calling to the final negotiation and closing of contracts.

Requirements:
Growth & Lead Generation
Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, professional networking, and deep-dive market research.
Pipeline Management: Own the full sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a consistent flow of high-value opportunities.
Strategic Tailoring: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, business proposals, and contracts specifically tailored to address unique client needs.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Client Retention: Build and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with both prospective and existing clients to encourage long-term partnership.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align growth strategies and ensure seamless client satisfaction post-sale.
Industry Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market shifts to keep our business strategy competitive.
Performance & Analytics
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Data-Driven Sales: Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and revenue forecasts to refine your approach and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar revenue-focused role.
Technical & Professional Skills
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural flair for negotiation.
Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market metrics.
