Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially elite, conversion-obsessed, and structurally rigorous Revenue Governor to anchor the client-acquisition engine and booking-integrity framework of our organization. In the fast-growing travel landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of lead-to-conversion and the precision of the sales-pipeline filter success is defined by "Sales Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize proactive lead-engagement with the clinical precision required for Persuasion-Architecture, CRM-Governance, and Client-Retention Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Remote Sales Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious sales professional who can blend "Commercial Grit" (mastering the complexities of closing travel products) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Sales Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Conversion Sovereignty & Sales Architecture

  • Sovereignty of the Lead: Convert warm and new leads into loyal clients, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Revenue Throughput."

  • Presentation Architecture: Craft compelling, audience-focused sales narratives for travel products, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-conversion deal-closing.

2. Portfolio Governance & Lifecycle Logic

  • Strategy Architecture: Track market trends and CRM data to identify upsell opportunities, providing the "Functional Foundation" for repeatable sales success.
