Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Developer to join our ATM Card Services team in Lagos. In this role, you will be a key driver in expanding our market footprint by identifying high-potential prospects and nurturing client relationships. You will support the full sales lifecycle, from initial research and lead generation to the preparation of strategic proposals that meet the evolving needs of the financial services sector.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong interest in fintech and payment solutions, ready to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Requirements:
Market Expansion & Lead Generation
Prospect Research: Systematically research and identify potential corporate and individual clients within the ATM card services ecosystem.
Outreach Support: Assist in lead generation efforts, utilizing various channels to initiate contact with prospective partners and clients.
Materials Development: Prepare compelling sales materials, business proposals, and presentations that communicate the value of our card services.
Relationship & Project Management
Client Retention: Support the maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery to clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
Industry Insights & Growth
Market Trends: Stay informed on industry developments and competitive trends in the Nigerian payment space, sharing actionable insights with the team.
Skill Development: Actively participate in product training to deepen knowledge of ATM card technologies and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of an OND in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Interest: A demonstrated passion for the financial services and fintech industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Core Competencies:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ethics: High level of professionalism and ethical standards in handling financial service products.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving Lagos-based work environment.
Salary
