Job Description:

• Meet stakeholders to understand needs and document functional requirements.
• Model current and future processes (flowcharts, use cases, user stories).
• Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into technical specs for developers.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions.
• Support UAT, change‑management, and training.
• Track project progress and report status to leadership.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Age: 24 years - 28 years old.
• Must reside around Yaba axis or the environs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 2 ‑ 3 years of BA experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
