Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Consulting Analysts to anchor the advisory engine of CWP Consultants Ltd. In a specialized infrastructure landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the financial model and the precision of the procurement strategy success is defined by "Infrastructure Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize technical built-environment data with the clinical precision required for PPP Consulting, Cost Management, and Project Finance. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect", specifically a high-potential graduate with a minimum 2:1 in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Economics/Finance, or Project Management who can blend "Analytical Grit" (mastering 12 weeks of intensive consulting training) with the "Commercial Agility" required to handle live client-facing projects.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Advisory Governance

• Analytical Sovereignty: Support the development of infrastructure finance models and procurement strategies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Insight."

• Cost Architecture: Assist in construction cost management and project quantity surveying, providing the "Structural Foundation" for fiscal integrity in capital projects.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to CWP’s advisory standards and PPP consulting frameworks, ensuring the "Source of Client Confidence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Lifecycle Logic

• Project Sovereignty: Deploy onto live projects from Day One, acting as the primary "Source of Junior Operational Support."

• Procurement Architecture: Support the design and execution of complex procurement advisory workflows, providing the "Functional Foundation" for transparent infrastructure delivery.

• Selection Stewardship: Participate in rigorous selection and training phases, maintaining the "Source of Professional Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Development Power

• Consulting Sovereignty: Transition through a 12-week intensive training phase into 9 months of supervised deployment, acting as the primary "Source of Emerging Expertise."

• Multidisciplinary Architecture: Collaborate across engineering, finance, and architectural teams, providing the "Relational Foundation" for holistic advisory solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
