Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Marketing and Sales Intern to anchor the growth engine of our Real Estate and Hospitality divisions. In the sophisticated and fast-paced Victoria Island business corridor, success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize digital content creation with the clinical precision required for lead generation, property sales, and operational supervision. This role is designed for a "Junior Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree who can blend "Creative Grit" (producing high-fidelity photos and videos) with the "Diplomatic Agility" required for negotiation and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
1. Digital Orchestration & Lead Governance
Content Sovereignty: Create high-fidelity digital content (pictures and video), ensuring every post acts as a "Source of Brand Visibility" for the real estate portfolio.
Lead Architecture: Execute both online and offline lead generation strategies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Prospective Clients."
Marketing Stewardship: Market and sell the real estate portfolio, providing the "Operational Foundation" for revenue growth in the Victoria Island sector.
2. Operational Resilience & Hospitality Logic
Supervisory Sovereignty: Manage operational duties and oversee the hospitality arm with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Service Excellence."
Operational Architecture: Perform day-to-day tasks with high attention to detail, ensuring the "Source of Facility Functionality" remains uncompromised.
Independence Logic: Work effectively with limited supervision, utilizing impeccable negotiation skills to optimize the "Source of Problem Resolution."
3. Relationship Integrity & Conflict Power
CRM Sovereignty: Maintain high-fidelity customer relationship management, acting as the "Source of Client Retention and Satisfaction."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
