Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, creative Brand & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Lagos. This role is designed for a "Multi-Hyphenate" creative—someone who can pivot from writing compelling social media copy to managing a high-stakes production set with influencers and photographers.
You will be the glue that holds our marketing campaigns together, responsible for everything from market research and community management to organizing the physical samples for our upcoming collections. If you have 1–3 years of experience in the creative industry and a passion for turning brand visions into viral content, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. Content Engine & Community Management
Digital Storytelling: Create, schedule, and execute high-engagement content across email and social media platforms.
Engagement: Lead community management efforts, fostering real-time conversations with our audience to build brand loyalty.
Creative Briefing: Develop detailed creative briefs for design teams and photographers to ensure all campaign assets align with the brand’s visual identity.
2. Production & Logistics Coordination
Shoot Production: Act as the primary liaison for photographers, influencers, and production agencies. You will manage the shoot space to ensure a seamless "on-set" experience.
Collection Management: Take ownership of sample and materials organization, ensuring that every piece of a new collection is accounted for during shoots and launch events.
Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external fashion businesses and production vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Growth Research & Strategic Partnerships
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive research and gather consumer insights to produce "Trend Reports" that inform our next collection.
Partnership Outreach: Proactively identify and manage outreach for brand collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Voice of the Customer: Compile and report on customer feedback, ensuring that consumer insights are integrated into our future marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in media, advertising, or branding (Fashion/Lifestyle experience is a major plus).
Location: Must be based in Lagos and able to work Onsite.
Technical & Soft Skills
Tools: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer) and basic design coordination.
Communication: Exceptional writing skills for email marketing and social captions.
Organization: Superior ability to manage physical samples and materials under tight production deadlines.
