Job Description:
- The Corporate Brand & Communication Officer is responsible for developing, executing, and managing ourbranding, corporate identity, and integrated communication strategies.
- This role ensures consistent brand positioning across all platforms, strengthens public perception, and drives strategic communication initiatives that support the organization’s goals.
- The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with strong communication, and digital branding expertise, particularly within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand positioning, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives across all channels.
- Safeguard the company’s reputation and manage public, media, and stakeholder relationships
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong brand identity and guidelines
- Lead creative marketing strategies and develop unique product themes.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brand assets, and communication tools.
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Lead brand positioning efforts to increase visibility and market competitiveness.
- Draft and manage internal and external communication materials, including memos, newsletters, press releases, speeches, and official statements.
- Serve as the communication advisor to management and ensure key messages represent the company’s values and objectives.
- Coordinate all corporate announcements, public statements, and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage press conferences, media interviews, coverage requests, and crisis communication.
- Monitor media trends and generate positive publicity for the company.
- Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online reputation.
- Supervise the development of content calendars, digital campaigns, and multimedia materials.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Manage brand perception through proactive engagement, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
- Handle sensitive communication issues and ensure professional, timely responses.
- Collaborate with the sales, project, and customer service teams to design impactful marketing messages and campaigns.
- Support product launches, site inspections, open houses, and corporate events.
- Guide creative direction for adverts, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.
- Conduct periodic brand audits, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Recommend improvements based on market insights, customer behaviour, and industry trends.
- Oversee the brand strategy and PR unit, creative/design unit and the digital media team.

- Brand visibility and perception improvement.
- Consistency of communication across all channels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in corporate brand management, PR, or communications.
- Experience in a media, branding, or creative agency environment is preferred.
