Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Intern currently serving as an NYSC Corp Member to anchor the growth engine of the Black Pelican Group in Abuja. In a diversified corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the lead and the precision of the client engagement success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize business development efforts with the clinical precision required for Market Expansion and Data-Driven Decision Making. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect", specifically a STEM graduate who can blend "Analytical Grit" (supporting performance management and revenue initiatives) with the "Interpersonal Agility" required to navigate high-impact projects across the Group’s portfolio.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Growth Governance

  • Sovereignty of Engagement: Support the Sales and Business Development Team in client outreach with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Relationship Momentum."

  • Revenue Architecture: Support strategic revenue initiatives across the Group's diversified portfolio, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable business growth.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a high level of accountability in all sales-support tasks, ensuring the "Source of Operational Excellence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

  • Market Sovereignty: Assist in market expansion efforts and identification of new business opportunities, acting as the primary "Source of Competitive Intelligence."

  • Data Architecture: Support data-driven decision-making and performance management processes, providing the "Functional Foundation" for analytical sales strategy.

  • Initiative Stewardship: Drive high-impact projects and cross-functional collaborations, maintaining the "Source of Innovation-Driven Growth."

3. Operational Integrity & Development Power

  • Readiness Sovereignty: Participate in intensive workplace readiness training, acting as the primary "Source of Skill Acquisition."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Status: Currently serving as an NYSC Corp Member (Abuja posting preferred).

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related course (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).

  • Technical Power: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and willing to learn within a high-performance corporate environment.
