In this role, you will be the face of our institution to small business owners, responsible for driving profitability by managing client relationships, identifying business needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Requirements:

• Relationship Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of small business clients, acting as their primary advisor to drive portfolio growth and profitability.

• Sales & Business Development: Execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business and deepen existing client relationships through cross-selling and up-selling appropriate banking products.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee account opening, maintenance, and product-related system entries with high attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.

• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all account documentation, application submissions, and client verifications are accurate and meet regulatory requirements.

• Financial Insight: Analyze financial data to assess customer needs, provide insightful business advice, and recommend effective financial strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A First Degree in any field.

• Experience: 3–6 years of cognate experience in sales, relationship management, and financial services.

• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in the financial industry, specifically with experience in managing small businesses.
