Job Description:

• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and foreign currency exchanges.
• Cash Management & Balancing: Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, ensuring all transactions reconcile perfectly with system records and adhering strictly to established cash-handling limits.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, address inquiries professionally, resolve account discrepancies, and guide them through basic digital or self-service banking options.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 0 - 2 years experience.
