Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to design and maintain the core architecture of our digital ecosystem. This role is built for an engineer who thrives on solving complex problems related to high-concurrency systems, distributed architecture, and data integrity. You will be responsible for powering our cross-platform mobile apps and web dashboards through robust, low-latency APIs.

The ideal candidate is a technical specialist who prioritizes performance and security, ensuring our systems remain scalable and reliable as we expand our user base.

Requirements:

Systems Architecture & API Development

• Core Engineering: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services and distributed systems capable of handling significant traffic.

• API Management: Develop robust, low-latency APIs and integrate third-party services securely using standard documentation protocols.

• Data Optimization: Design and optimize complex database schemas, ensuring the system efficiently handles high read/write ratios and maintains data consistency.

Quality & Collaboration

• Clean Code: Write high-performance, properly tested code that adheres to industry best practices for security and maintainability.

• Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate closely with mobile and frontend teams, providing comprehensive internal documentation for all API endpoints.

• Monitoring & Reliability: Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and resolve production issues proactively to prevent downtime.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on backend experience in a production environment.

  • Expertise in at least one modern backend language: Golang, Node.js, or Python.

• Technical Depth:

  • Deep knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies (e.g., Redis).

  • Familiarity with cloud deployments and modern DevOps practices.

• Attributes: A commitment to writing high-quality code and the ability to troubleshoot complex production environments under pressure.
