Job Description:
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual to assist in creating, maintaining, and digitizing our operational workflows. You will play a key role in supporting our team’s efficiency through automation and data organization.
Requirements:
Workflow Optimization: Maintain automated workflows and operational systems.
Digitization: Support the transition of daily processes into digital formats.
Data Management: Organize operational data, schedules, and records.
Support: Provide technical support and training to departments on digital tools.
Process Improvement: Participate in projects to increase overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analysis, Business Technology, or related fields.
Eligibility: Must have completed NYSC.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
Advantageous Skills: Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Make, or Google Apps Script.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
