Job Description:

We are seeking an analytically elite, detail-obsessed, and operationally rigorous Audit Governor to anchor the financial immune system and inventory integrity engine of our organization. In the high-stakes world of retail pharmacy where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of stock-turnover and the precision of the shrinkage-filter success is defined by "Data-Integrity Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize ERP-system reconciliation with the clinical precision required for Operational-Audit Architecture, Compliance-Governance, and Inventory-Fidelity Stewardship. This role is designed as an "Audit & Risk Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious accounting professional who can blend "Forensic Grit" (mastering the complexities of variance analysis and audit trails) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Internal Controls.

Requirements:

1. Inventory Sovereignty & ERP Architecture

• Sovereignty of Assets: Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile them against ERP system data, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Inventory Throughput."

• Audit Architecture: Evaluate inventory management practices to minimize shrinkage, providing the "Structural Foundation" for precise stock tracking across all branches.

• Integrity Stewardship: Liaise with the warehouse/distribution center to ensure compliance, ensuring the "Source of Asset-Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Financial Logic

• Financial Sovereignty: Conduct objective internal audits of financial and operational activities, acting as the primary "Source of Process-Integrity Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Analyze data to prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for management strategic-decision making.

• Compliance Stewardship: Assess adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the "Source of Risk-Mitigation."

3. Operational Reliability & System Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Identify operational gaps and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations, acting as the primary "Source of Efficiency-Momentum."

• Process Architecture: Utilize Audit Software & MS Office (Excel) mastery to refine audit methodologies, providing the "Relational Foundation" for continuous improvement.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Industry Best Practices to accelerate the "Audit-Finding-to-Action" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Control Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of progressive experience in auditing (experience in retail pharmacy/fast-moving consumer goods is a distinct advantage).

• Technical Power: Mastery of auditing principles, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel); expertise in audit software.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities; ability to work independently while driving team collaboration.

• Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Audit Sovereignty" in a rapidly growing retail environment.
