Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Audit Associate to join our team.
• The successful candidate must have proven audit experience in a professional audit firm and be capable of preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can identify risks, evaluate controls, and contribute to high-quality audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements.
• Assist in planning, executing, and completing audit assignments.
• Identify risks, errors, and control weaknesses; escalate findings to senior team members.
• Maintain thorough audit documentation and working papers in accordance with professional standards.
• Support the preparation of audit reports, management letters, and other client communications.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on audit experience in a professional audit firm (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory regulations, and audit procedures.
• ICAN certification or ICAN-in-view is a strong advantage.
