Job Description:

• We are seeking an Experienced Audit Associate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional audit firm to support audit engagements, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Audit Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing audit assignments efficiently and effectively.
• Risk Identification: Identify risks, errors, and control weaknesses; report findings to senior team members for timely resolution.
• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers to support audit conclusions.
• Audit Reporting: Support the preparation of audit reports and management letters that summarize findings and recommendations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and professional standards throughout the audit process.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements is essential.
• Professional Certification: ICAN or ICAN-in-view is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills to support audit processes.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of audit experience in a professional audit firm.
• Accounting Skills: Strong ability to prepare and analyze financial accounts and statements.
