Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Assistant Production Manager to anchor the shop-floor engine of our manufacturing operations. In a specialized production landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the shift-relay and the precision of the resource-filter success is defined by "Production Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize daily shift plans with the clinical precision required for Manpower Allocation, Machine Utilization, and Cost Control. This role is designed for a "Shop-Floor Architect" specifically a seasoned professional with 5 to 8 years of experience who can blend "Production Grit" (mastering Lean/Kaizen and technical execution) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Output Performance Benchmarks.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Resource Governance
Sovereignty of the Shift: Implement daily and shift production plans to achieve ≥95% output targets, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."
Resource Architecture: Allocate and manage manpower, machines, and materials with maximum efficiency, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted production.
Integrity Stewardship: Monitor performance and resolve deviations in real-time, ensuring the "Source of Manufacturing Stability" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Quality Logic
Quality Sovereignty: Enforce standards, minimize waste, and improve first-pass yield, acting as the primary "Source of Product Fidelity."
Maintenance Architecture: Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime through tight coordination with maintenance teams, providing the "Functional Foundation" for asset longevity.
Improvement Stewardship: Drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to enhance cost efficiency, maintaining the "Source of Operational Competitive Advantage."
3. Operational Integrity & Cost Stewardship
Fiscal Sovereignty: Control labor costs and overtime while ensuring payroll accuracy, acting as the primary "Source of Budgetary Compliance."
Reporting Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity production, labor, and performance reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-led management decisions.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Supervisory expertise to accelerate the "Plan-to-Execution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Facility Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 5 – 8 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 – 3 years in a supervisory role.
Technical Power: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for tracking/reporting.
Operational IQ: Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen) and production planning.
Aptitude: Exceptional problem-solving skills with an elite focus on "process-first" execution and cross-functional coordination.
