Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant IT Manager to lead the reliability, security, and modernization of our technical environment. You will serve as a key bridge between our IT infrastructure and our manufacturing technology platforms. If you are a hands-on leader with deep expertise in industrial automation, ERP management, and cybersecurity, and you possess the drive to steer digital transformation, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• Infrastructure & Reliability: Manage the end-to-end maintenance of our IT ecosystem—servers, networks, databases, and communication systems—ensuring maximum uptime for business and manufacturing operations.

• Manufacturing Technology: Support and integrate critical production systems, including ERP, MRP, MES, SCADA, and PLC interfaces.

• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Lead data protection initiatives, conduct vulnerability assessments, manage disaster recovery, and ensure rigorous compliance with IT governance and data protection regulations.

• Technical Leadership: Supervise the resolution of user issues, coordinate software/hardware implementations, and manage IT documentation, licenses, and assets.

• Security Integration: Coordinate the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems in collaboration with the Security Department.

• Reporting & Strategy: Generate performance metrics, conduct IT audits, and identify risks to drive continuous improvement in our digital landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 8–10 years of total IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Industry Preference: Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of networking (CCNA/CCNP level), cybersecurity, system administration, and industrial automation.

• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CCNA, CCNP, or other recognized professional certifications.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strategic Operations: Ability to balance daily technical support with long-term digital transformation projects.

  • Leadership: Strong track record of managing technical teams and stakeholder expectations.

  • Analytical Skills: Expert at risk assessment, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
