We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Apartment Manager to manage day-to-day guest experience and apartment operations at Premium Luxury Apartments.
- The ideal candidate will oversee bookings, guest relations, and ensure that all customers enjoy a seamless, comfortable, and professional stay while maintaining compliance with apartment policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer bookings across all registered booking platforms.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they are properly settled in.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
- Ensure all apartment rules and policies are clearly communicated and adhered to by guests.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and other support services to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor apartment occupancy, availability, and booking schedules.
- Drive new bookings and upsell apartment services where applicable.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on bookings, guest satisfaction, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or apartment/hotel management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of online booking platforms and customer experience management.
- Must be based in Abuja (preferably Apo Resettlement or nearby areas).
Benefits
- Salary: N120,000 (Gross)
- Commission: 5% on all new bookings for the month.
