Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Graduate Assistant to anchor the academic engine of our Faculty of Vocational and Technology Education. In the specialized landscape of Business Education where the transition from theory to entrepreneurial practice is the primary metric of institutional impact success is defined by "Scholarly Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize a First-Class or Second-Class Upper Division academic record with the clinical precision required for Research Assistance, Marketing Pedagogy, and Vocational Training. This role is designed for a "Knowledge Architect" who is committed to pursuing an academic career and can blend "Theoretical Grit" (conducting research and assisting in lectures) with the "Strategic Agility" required to support the faculty’s mission of financial and technological inclusion.

1. Scholarly Orchestration & Research Governance

Professional Profile

• Education: First degree in Business Education or a relevant field (Marketing/Entrepreneurship focus) from a recognized university.

• Academic Merit: Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1).

• Compliance: Must possess a valid NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
