Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Management Trainees to anchor the future leadership engine of our agri-food operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where organizational momentum is dictated by the speed of the supply chain and the precision of market intelligence success is defined by "Vertical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize agricultural production with the clinical precision required for Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Real-Time Decision Making. This role is a 36-month high-intensity partnership designed for a "Leadership Architect" who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing farm logistics and inventory) with the "Strategic Agility" required to work in direct proximity to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Executive Governance

• MD Proximity Sovereignty: Work directly with the Managing Director to learn integrated business management, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Apprenticeship."

• Decision Architecture: Make real-time, high-stakes decisions that impact company trajectory, providing the "Structural Foundation" for agile leadership.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain absolute professionalism and confidentiality in executive matters, ensuring the "Source of Leadership Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Growth Logic

• Reporting Sovereignty: Manage operational or commercial KPI tracking with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Transparency."

• System Architecture: Build and optimize internal systems to support aggressive company growth, providing the "Functional Foundation" for scalable operations.

• Capacity Stewardship: Develop leadership capacity in subordinates and peers, maintaining the "Source of Human Capital Velocity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Ambition: Clear desire to occupy a C-suite or General Management role within the agri-food sector.

• Attributes: Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working in high-pressure, real-time environments.

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lagos.

• Education: Strong academic background (Bachelor’s Degree minimum) with an interest in Agribusiness.
