Job Description:
- The Admissions Officer plays a key role in delivering an exceptional and personalised experience for prospective families.
- This role manages inquiries, tours, documentation, and parent communication throughout the admissions journey.
- The Admissions Officer works closely with the Marketing team to support pipeline efficiency, event coordination, and CRM accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Parent Engagement & Frontline Service:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing a warm, professional, and personalised experience.
- Deliver highquality information about the school’s vision, curriculum, programmes, and admissions requirements.
- Conduct tours, followup calls, and parent meetings.
- Build strong, servicefocused relationships with prospective families to support conversion goals.
Admissions Process Management:
- Manage inquiries, applications, assessments, interviews, and enrolment paperwork endtoend.
- Maintain timely, accurate updates in the admissions CRM, ensuring all records, tags, and statuses are correctly applied.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to schedule assessments, interviews, and placement steps.
- Support the preparation and issuance of offer letters, enrolment contracts, and required documentation.
Admissions Events & School Representation:
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of oncampus and offcampus admissions events (Open Days, tours, community outreach).
- Assist with event logistics, including RSVP management, registration, parent followup, event-day support, and materials preparation.
- Deliver professional and engaging experiences at events, representing the school’s values and brand.
Data, Reporting & CRM Collaboration:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all parent interactions, events, and documentation.
- Support basic reporting on parent inquiries, applications, conversion rates, and enrolment progress.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to maintain clean data flows between Marketing and Admissions.
- Contribute insights to improve parent journeys and conversion performance.
New Family Onboarding:
- Assist with orientation sessions and onboarding communication to ensure smooth transitions for new families.
- Coordinate welcome materials, schedules, and school briefings for newly enrolled students.
Administration & Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Admissions and the wider team.
- Perform other duties aligned with the role as required during busy periods (including occasional evenings/weekends).
Requirements:
- Highly organised and detailoriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with families.
- Customerservice mindset with a warm, professional manner.
- Comfortable supporting events and handling occasional weekend/afterhours activities.
- Experience using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic data management.
- The successful candidate will also have to pass our safeguarding standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in admissions, customer service, or student recruitment (education sector preferred).
