Job Description:

Adkan Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a high-caliber Administrative Officer who brings a dual-competency in operational administration and Human Resources. You will serve as the engine of our office, ensuring that both our daily business operations and our workforce management processes run smoothly. This is a role for a seasoned professional who can balance the precision required for HR documentation with the adaptability needed for office management.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Command: Coordinate day-to-day office activities, manage facilities, handle supplies, and ensure the workspace remains efficient and fully operational.

  • HR Lifecycle Management: Take full ownership of employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation. You will actively support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and staff development.

  • Operations & Reporting: Prepare official correspondence, reports, and memos. Coordinate complex schedules, including management meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Policy & Compliance: Assist in the implementation of administrative and HR policies, ensuring all practices align with company standards and legal requirements.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison with external vendors, service providers, and regulatory agencies, maintaining the company’s professional reputation.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain an uncompromising level of integrity in handling sensitive company and employee data.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in both Administration and Human Resources.

  • Technical Mastery:

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).

    • Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments.

    • Familiarity with HR software and digital document management systems.
